Number of vacancy has increased to 507 after adding 200 post of Bihar Gramin Seva and the next buzz is that 200 more post of Assistant Jailor has also been incorporated in current recruitment drive so the total vacancy reached to 707.

Now according to you what will be the expected cut-off after the increment in seats.
I feel cutoff would go down to 85 for SC. For ladies having 33% reservation and by seeing the statistics of girls appearing for exam less 30% of total cohort. cutoff may further slide southward.
For general it would in range of 90-100.
And a caution! please don’t compare your answers with ans sheet given over net. trust on yourself and wait for BPSC answer sheet which is expected soon now
What is the expected date of mains?
It has yet not been disclosed, but all expert around are guessing second or third week of September. Nitish kumar is pushing the process of BPSC recruitment, due to numerous factors. including staff deficiet at different level of administration and uni-vocal complain from all the ministries to fill these vacancy to execute RTS(right to service act 2011). read more in my next post here http://wp.me/p1CjQm-1E
I am also aware that CM Nitish Kumar has pressure to fill up the vacant seats through BPSC as soon as possible. Hope mains will be held on time i.e during september…

Mostly after 25 June or before first half of the July. Some of my followers here got email replies for first half of july, while over phone they got assurance from under-secretory for 25 June.
